To cancel your reservation, please call or email us. Please consider our cancellation policies. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival lead to a 100% refund. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days will lead to 100% forfeiture of payment.
We do not have a traditional 24/7 reception desk. However, we are at your service at Coastal Serena each day, and we welcome each guest in person. Your room is available to you from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Early Check-in is subject to availability and may be discussed with the team of Coastal Serena beforehand.
The room is available to you until 11:30 a.m. on the day of your departure. Checking out is easy, just leave the room and drop the key with us.
There is parking space available in our gated area.
In our packages, the transportation from Santo Domingo or any other location within 40 miles from Coastal Serena is included. We will have a private transportation organized for you. If you are planning to visit from another location, we recommend to come in a private car or we will support you in organizing transportation
Coastal Serena is located amidst farmland in the countryside on the southern coast of the Dominican Republic. There is no such infrastructure in walking distance. A car would be needed to get to the town.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and freshly made plant based beverages are included. Generally, our meals are low inflammatory, plant-based and dairy free, but we also include fresh fish, free-range eggs and lean meats for guests when requested. We follow an intermitted fasting schedule, which means we offer meals within an 8-hour window. Unlimited filtered water as well as unsweetened coffee and tea will be available 24hrs.
